The academic journal Future Foods will sponsor an award for Best Poster presented during the 4th NIZO Plant Protein Functionality Conference. 

Future Foods is a dedicated Journal to address the challenges of climate change and sustainability in food production.

The award will recognize the contribution of an Early Career Researcher; the Scientific Committee will select the winner according to their poster content and presentation.
