Conference Venue
Is there disabled parking? Yes, at the main entrance.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, we have elevators.

Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms? Yes.

Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms (same floor/near accessible lifts?) Yes, on every floor.

Meeting rooms

Catering: on request we can arrange for early access to the catering space/assistance with the collection of catering please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com

If you require an accessible bedroom or have any queries, please contact the hotel directly: there is no official hotel for this conference
