Conference Venue
Is there disabled parking?
Yes

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, everything for the conference is available by elevator and the plenary room and meeting rooms are on the same level.

Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms?
Yes, but for the conference rooms you do not need the elevator

Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms (same floor/near accessible lifts?)
Yes

Catering: on request we can arrange for early access to the catering space/assistance with the collection of catering please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com

Please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com if you would like to have an orientation tour of the venue by 13 October 2026.
